We'll enjoy a one hour gentle yoga practice that is simple and relaxing. Rejuvenate yourself for the upcoming holiday season. Enjoy some deep breaths, some slow gentle movements, and welcome in a sense of peace. This class is taught by a yoga teacher, and everyone is welcome! This class will be a gentle introduction to yoga; beginners are welcome. If possible please bring a yoga mat, a small blanket, and a bottle of water.
